- To claim your warranty, you must provide your Explore Vape Dubai order number at the time of the request.

Products damaged due to misuse, drops, or improper charging
Items with visible physical damage (scratches, dents, cracks)
Products tampered with or modified by third parties
Items under different warranties or serviced by non-authorized personnel
Return Policy
Conditions for Return:
Product must be unused
Must be in original condition
Returned in its original factory packaging
Only products with factory defects or incorrect items sent are eligible
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email or mobile about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- After inspection, you will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through your bank account or handed over in cash. If rejected, the same product will be returned to you.
